FAQ
Pricing questions
How much does a video cost?
+
A 12-second video uses 50 credits at 480p or 100 credits at 720p. Credits come in one-time packs; bigger packs make each video cheaper.
Is there a free trial?
+
Not right now. Every video comes with one free redo instead, so if you don’t like how you came out, you can generate it again from the same photo at no cost.
Do credits expire?
+
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, and there is no subscription to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
+
Purchases are final, like most AI video tools, because credits can be used right away. Credits from videos that fail are returned automatically, and if you were charged by mistake (twice, or with no credits added), email support@firsttimeinafancy.cafe with the order ID and we will fix it.
How do I pay, and who handles the payment?
+
Checkout is run by Waffo, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
